All functionalities, including trading operations and account balances, are for demonstration and testing purposes only. Using real funds is not recommended at this stage. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities conducted through your account. Any actions performed through your account are deemed to be done by you.

3. Trading Services and AI Tools

**Educational Content:** Includes tutorials, courses, and market insights provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. **AI Assistant:** Recommendations and forecasts provided by AI are for user convenience and learning. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or profitability. **CFD and Other Trading:** All trades are executed at the user’s risk. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from using the Services. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of each trade.

4. Trading Instruments and Positions

6. Demo Account

A demo account is provided for training and strategy testing without risking real capital. Results on the demo account do not reflect actual financial performance and do not guarantee future profits. Trades on the demo account are not subject to real commissions.

8. Risk Disclosure

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
