Funding

Deposits and withdrawals

Funding runs on crypto. Seven coins across six networks, a ten dollar minimum, and no commission from us on the way in.

What you can fund with

The network matters as much as the coin. USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 are different addresses, and a transfer sent to the wrong one does not arrive.

How a deposit works

01

Choose the coin and network

Open Funding in the terminal, pick what you are sending and on which network, and enter the amount in dollars.

02

Send the exact amount

You get an address and an amount in the coin, quoted at a fixed rate. Send that amount to that address — the figure matters, and the page shows it in a form you can copy rather than retype.

03

It credits on confirmation

Once the network confirms the transfer, the balance updates on its own. Nobody has to approve anything and there is nothing to email us about.

Three things worth knowing before you send

Match the network exactly

USDT exists on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 and the addresses are not interchangeable. Send to the wrong network and the funds do not reach us — and in most cases cannot be recovered by anyone.

Send the amount you were quoted

The invoice is for a specific figure at a fixed rate. Send less and only what arrived is credited, at the proportion it represents. Send more and the surplus is credited too.

Ten dollars is the floor

Below that, network fees cost more than the deposit is worth, and most coins would reject the transfer anyway.

Withdrawals

Request a withdrawal from the terminal, to your own wallet address, in any of the same currencies. Each request is reviewed by our desk before it is paid — a person looks at it, which is the point. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.

Common questions

I have USDT — which network do I choose?

Whichever one your wallet or exchange is sending from. TRC-20 usually costs less in network fees; ERC-20 is more widely supported. The one thing that matters is that the network you select here matches the network you send on.

What if I send less than the invoice?

The amount that arrived is credited, in the proportion it represents of the invoice. You are not charged for the shortfall and nothing is lost — the deposit simply credits for what came in.

How long does a deposit take?

As long as the network takes to confirm it. That is minutes on TRON or Solana and can be longer on Bitcoin when the network is busy. The credit is automatic once confirmation arrives.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Not to deposit. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, which is a regulatory requirement rather than a preference of ours.

What does funding cost?

We take no commission on deposits. The network charges its own fee for the transfer, paid by whoever sends it, and that is outside the control of both of us.

Can I use a card or a bank transfer?

Not at the moment. Crypto is the only funding route currently open. If that changes, this page changes with it.

A demo account needs no deposit at all — the terminal, the charts and OrionAI work the same way on it.
